Certificates expire in Puppet Application Manager version 1.62.0 in Continuous Delivery for Puppet Enterprise

If you’re running Puppet Application Manager (PAM) version 1.62.0 or a version older than February 2022, Continuous Delivery for Puppet Enterprise fails to start, the PAM is unavailable, and certificates expire in Continuous Delivery for PE.
