You successfully complete a scan in Comply. However, you get an error that it didn’t complete successfully that also indicates a license issue.

The CIS assessor always does a license check. In an offline (air-gapped) environment where the node can’t reach the internet, you get an error that the scan didn’t complete. However, the scan completed successfully.

Solution
As long as the scan completes successfully, no action is necessary. If you can’t successfully complete the scan, please open a ticket with Support.
