View tickets that you opened on the My requests page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting My activities. Your tickets are under the My requests heading. You can also view tickets that you are CC'd on and all of your organization's requests on that page.
To include other people in your organization via email on a ticket, add their email in the CC field when you open or reply to a ticket. View tickets that you are CC'd on by clicking Requests I'm CC'd on.
View all of your organization’s tickets by clicking Organization requests. If you can't view your organization's tickets and would like to, ask your account team to add permissions for some or all of the support contacts at your organization.
