How do I open a support ticket?

    Hi, When logs/command output is placed in the message box, it just shows as plain text. Is there any message format that we need to use for code/log blocks, so that the submission from the user is readable.

    Hi,

    The  options to format text within the ticket are limited. Overall, if you are able to attach log files as .tar.gz or .zip (or a plain text file) it is easier for our team to read. It looks like you're working with someone already, so I'll let him know, and he can pass on more information to you if you need it.
