Puppet Enterprise 2019.8 is our long-term supported release. It reaches end-of-life on 28 February 2023. This version is right for you if you want continued security updates and full support without upgrading your implementation on a frequent basis.
If you're running Puppet Enterprise 2018.1, our previous LTS release, it reached end-of-life on 31 January 2021. Please take advantage of all that's new since 2018.1:

Note: Lockless deploys are an experimental feature which might experience breaking changes in future releases. We recommend testing the feature in a non-production environment before enabling it in production.
