    Click on your name and icon in the upper right. In the drop-down, select "My Activities". You should now be able to see "My Requests". You can also choose to see "Requests I'm CC'd on", and "Organization Requests", which shows a list of all tickets opened from your organization.

    Sorry you're having trouble and hope this helps.

    Your main "support" site (https://support.puppet.com) is worthtless.  Where do I see the tickets submitted by myself or my co-workers?  Being able to see and manage such tickets is one of the primary reasons someone would visit a support site for an "enterprise" product.  So where's the link?
