Remote Support Service Beta for PE customers
Interested in speeding up your diagnostic and troubleshooting processes when working with the Puppet Support team? Sign up for Remote Support Service Beta, a new service and module designed to improve data sharing between customers and Puppet Support.
Customers send tons of data to Puppet Support that we then use to troubleshoot systems. Sometimes it can take a long time for Support to receive the information, which can slow down resolution time. More often, customers are unable to send data due to privacy constraints.
The Remote Support Service Beta is a combination of a service provided by the Support team and a Puppet Module named RSAN (Remote Support Access Node). Together these provide a faster way to troubleshoot PE issues, saving you time and effort.
PowerShell DSC: The next generation

Pick and choose whatever DSC Resources you want and get all the VSCode IntelliSense magic you've come to expect.
