Recommended reading: Code Manager improvements reduce deployment time and effort

Recent improvements to Code Manager in Puppet Enterprise 2019.8.9 and 2021.4 reduce time and effort when deploying and syncing modules and purging environments.

Here's how:

1. The default number of workers that can deploy modules was increased.
2. Instead of checking for code changes on disk, we check the Puppetfile for changes.
3. We removed an extra check for changes in modules on disk versus modules in the control repo.
