Colleagues in your organization can be included (CC’d) on individual Puppet Support tickets. Your colleagues can also access all of your organization’s tickets by request via the Support Portal. Only colleagues who are also Puppet Support contacts can be CC’d and get access to tickets.
Copy colleagues on individual tickets
If you want other colleagues in your organization to receive a copy of a specific ticket and its replies, enter their email addresses in the CC field when opening a ticket. This allows them to receive emails about the ticket, but it does not give them access to the portal. If you’ve already opened the ticket, you can add colleagues to the CC field when replying to a ticket.
Give colleagues access to all tickets
We can’t automatically CC a user from your organization on every ticket. However, if you want some or all of your colleagues to have access to all of your organization’s tickets via our Support Portal, let us know by opening a ticket. Let us know the name and email address of colleagues who need access. When you need to adjust access to tickets, let us know what changes are needed, and we will take care of it.
