Solution
We send Comply customers a welcome email including a password and a custom URL from which to download the Comply .airgap file. The URL is similar to the following:
https://get.replicated.com/airgap/#/kots/comply/<STRING OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS>
If you no longer have the email, please open a ticket to get the link and a password reset.
