“cem_windows” module shows an unconfigured benchmark applied to an agent node in Puppet Enterprise

If you have the cem_windows module installed with Puppet Comply 2.5.0, you get an unconfigured benchmark enforced on an agent node in Puppet Enterprise.

Solution

Send Support a lookup.txt file on the node receiving the benchmark in PE so we can investigate the issue.

1. On your primary server as root, run:

   puppet lookup --node <FQDN_OF_AFFECTED_NODE> --explain cem_windows::config >    lookup.txt 

2. Open a Support ticket.

3. Attach the lookup.txt output file to your support ticket.

The Support team will review the issue and get back to you with a solution.
