We'd like to make sure you get help with Bolt. We support Bolt 1.0 (and later) in conjunction with Puppet Enterprise and other supported Puppet products.
Puppet Bolt uses SSH or WinRM to communicate and execute tasks on remote systems. Use it to start and stop services, reboot remote systems, and gather packages and systems facts from your workstation or laptop on any platform (Linux and Windows).
If you use Bolt 1.0 or later with other supported Puppet products, please submit a priority 3 ticket so that we can help you figure out if there is an issue with Bolt or an issue with your code. If there is an issue with your code, you can ask for help from our community and Slack.
If you use Bolt with open source Puppet or elsewhere or use a version of Bolt earlier than version 1.0, you can ask for help from our community and Slack.
If you find a bug in Bolt, submit an issue to the Bolt GitHub tracker.
